Capers!

Grown on the stone terraces of our winery, caper bushes give us beautiful blooms and tasty buds.

Capers are rich in antioxidants, vitamins (especially vitamin K and vitamin E), and minerals such as iron and copper. These nutrients help fight free radicals, improve skin health and support the immune system. Additionally, they contain bioactive compounds that may have anti-inflammatory and digestive benefits.

Our capers are harvested by hand, simply rinsed and destemmed and left to mature for a few weeks in sea salt. At this point, they are dried from their vegetation water and potted in glass jars with more sea salt.

They are ready to use, just keep them in water or white wine for 5/10 minutes to desalinate them slightly. Excellent for enriching sauces, salads, condiments, meat and fish dishes.
