Made with datterini tomatoes from our organic garden - grown in the open field on clay soil and slowly ripened in the Sicilian sun - this authentic passata is shortly cooked, pureed and flavoured with a pinch of salt and a basil leaf.

To be consumed as it is, or cooked briefly to avoid altering its natural sweetness. Ideal for sauces, first courses and spicy condiments.
